President Says Paralegals Can Help

It was a hot day on the campaign trail when President Obama visited Roanoke, VA last Friday (July 13th). So hot that more than 20 people are reported to have collapsed during the event, with 1 being taken to the hospital.
What to do? Call on paralegals, of course! President Obama told supporters that there were "paralegals" available to help those who were suffering the effects of the heat.

The President intended to say "paramedics", of couse, According to CBS White House correspondent Mark Knoller, Mr. Obama later corrected himself and told the audience "you don't need lawyers."

While paralegals play an important role in the legal system, I'm thinking we would not be a lot of help for wilting political rally goers -- unless we were asked to organize an event that remained cool and calm. We're good at that!
