C : Because of the way the answers are stated.
The correct answer is "C". This work is done under a lawyer's supervision. A, B and D all fit into classic categories of giving legal advice.
I'm late to the party, and of course it's doing any work under your attorney's supervision, but wow, what a great list of DON'Ts for UPL! :)
